Questions about pricing
What does the beta cost?
Nothing. Billing is not switched on. Beta organisations get 25 product families and 5 members while we work with you.
Are these the final prices?
No. They are a commercial hypothesis and they will move once we know what the product costs to run and what it is worth to you. Anyone in the beta will be told before anything changes.
Is there a per-record or per-QR-code charge?
No. Public records and QR codes are included in every plan. Charging per published record would push people towards publishing less, which is the opposite of the point.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export your records as structured JSON and as evidence packs at any time. The export is a documented format, not a lock-in.
What this product does not do
Fire Product Record helps manufacturers organise product information, configurations, performance claims and supporting evidence. It does not determine whether a product complies with applicable construction-product law or replace technical, conformity-assessment or legal judgement. Manufacturers remain responsible for the accuracy and approval of published product information.
